While a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) candidate at Texas State University, I received the unique opportunity to shadow ABC’s Lost Director of Photography. After Graduation, I moved to Los Angeles and began working in Entertainment as an on-set electrician and grip. I then worked my way into The Camera House (TCH), The Camera Division, under an extensive two year program learning how to build camera packages, care for and properly handle and operate gear, as well as troubleshoot various technical issues. Most projects are two or three cameras but the races for instance are well into the hundreds including multiple helicopter units, drone pilots, 100+ mounted go-pros, and cameramen many miles into the mountains. Freelance employment has afforded me experience in a diverse set of roles from Loader to Cinematographer, Technical Director, and Creative. I am available to be a collaborative partner on live streaming, virtual reality, 3D, multi camera, or single camera shoots.
