I utilize all the major notation softwares, including Finale, Sibelius and Dorico. I also am familiar with the following DAWS: ProTools, Logic and Digital Performer. Digital Performer is my favorite, and I use it most often for my musical production projects, especially films and videos. I have extensive sound libraries, mostly around the Vienna Symphonic Library, but also Spectrasonics’ Omnisphere, Native Instruments, Rob Papen’s Predator2, and others.I've been working on some major classical orchestral works like the composition "At the Center" for mezzo soprano and full orchestra that I've been editing for a mockup in my DAW, Digital Performer, and that you can stream from https://www.ericchapellemusic.com/music/composition-of-at-the-center-for-mezzo-soprano-and-orchestra/ In addition, I did the soundtracks for 14 episodes of "Made in Texas" renamed as "Texas Parks & Wildlife", a TV series in the 90's that was aired on KLRU/PBS for the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department. Here is the music to stream for the "Fly Fishing" episode at https://open.spotify.com/track/2quypbdKrirrTB4KkyyAOq?si=T1BJ9HOTSzqKiiAZo8yHaA In 2005 I did the soundtrack for the documentary film "Finding a Balance - Texas The State of Water," narrated by Walter Cronkite, aired on KLRU/PBS. You can hear the main water theme, which I added as a track to my album Across the Water, called Water Theme at https://open.spotify.com/track/2dBrxAJOLHY7e9mAuKN6s4?si=q-ip-kX7QF6HjXjr5zl5FwI have all kind of instruments and can also do field recordings of natural sounds that I incorporate for sound designs in my compositions.
