My goal is to make sure any aspect of the production is supported. As a production assistant I answer to one producer but I am available to the entire team (should my producer allow a request). As a producer, I value picture and the story. It is important that the page be reflected honestly on the screen and that my team is respected and taken care of as they help me achieve that goal.
