I am a professional Makeup, Character Design, and Special Effects Artist with over 20 years of experience in television, film, theater, modeling, and commercial productions. I have served as Head of Makeup, Hair, Character Design, and FX for feature films, TV shows, stage productions, and advertising projects.
I excel in team leadership, fast‑paced environments, and high‑pressure productions where precision and creativity must work together. My approach is driven by passion, discipline, and a commitment to making the best artistic decisions for every project. My training is comprehensive, allowing me to supervise and collaborate with professionals across makeup, hairstyling, character creation, and FX departments.
I am highly skilled in beauty makeup, fantasy looks, character transformation, and full special‑effects processes—from conceptual design and sculpture to mold preparation, casting, and the creation of partial or full‑head and body prosthetics. I am also experienced with a wide range of professional materials used in FX, prosthetics, and character fabrication.
In addition to my makeup and FX work, I am a trained stylist with strong abilities in hairstyling, hair coloring, wig application, and the fabrication and placement of custom facial hair pieces such as mustaches, beards, and brows. I also design and handcraft custom wigs for characters, performers, and special productions.
My work blends technical mastery with artistic vision, ensuring that every character—whether subtle, dramatic, or fully transformative—comes to life with authenticity and detail.
In 2016, I received an official proclamation from the Municipality of Aguada, Puerto Rico, recognizing my career as an international makeup artist and entrepreneurial businesswoman. In 2017, I was nominated in Peru for the Premios Alba a las Artes Escénicas in the Makeup category, and in 2025 I received a Telly Award for my work on the commercial Dementia Care.
