Key Assistant Location Manager: Scout, acquire and prepare locations for filming per script and budget specifications. Create location budget, Negotiate filming contracts, Prepare and obtain filming permits, insurance certificates and vendor purchase orders and prepare vendor payments. Create and implement logistic schedule and provide all items requested by all departments for the location. Supervise location activities before, during and after filming. Oversee location restoration process at conclusion of filming and finalize all vendor payments and obtain liability releases from location owner.
