EpFilm mission is to serve as an accessible and inclusive platform for Texas Filmmakers & Actors. The organization provides the necessary elements of creating cinema using cast, crew, and resources from the area. EpFilm presents opportunities for the entire film culture of West Texas, Southern New Mexico, and the Northern Mexican region.
