She returned to Austin, TX after Hurricane Katrina and worked for Robert Rodriguez in his art department.Another passion that kept her behind the lens is photography. Her work has been featured in publications like Brides Magazine and the Austin and San Antonio Wedding Guides. She’s also won several photojournalism awards. After a brief stint shooting PGA Golf, Chantel made her way back to film production on a full-time basis and began working for Geomedia as their production manager in 2012. Though taking care of all the details is her forte, you can still find her on set with a camera in her hand.
