The creative process is as rewarding to me as seeing ideas brought to life.”With over 20 years dedicated to the art of cinematography and live-action production, he transfers ideas and stories into visually stunning possibilities.After interning for a turnkey production and post-production studio, Zach spent his early years learning the in’s & out’s of the filmmaking business with an emphasis on commercial production. He worked for over 8 years in New Orleans, LA and Austin, TX as an IATSE 600 1st assistant cameraman for studio motion pictures, feature films, episodic television shows, music videos and commercials. In 2006, Zach was hired on by the Geomedia family to build a live-action production arm that now has 1000’s of creative content pieces to their credit and he became a partner in 2012.His relentless pursuit of being behind the camera and on set with other creatives, warranted him credits as a valuable director, producer, cinematographer and colorist.Several of his projects are distiguished with awards from the American Advertising Association, SXSW Film Festival (short films), NY HBO film festival, and his one of his latest commercial projects that is nominated for an EMMY.When not on-set or in the studio, Zach loves doing anything outdoors with his wife and two daughters - and their very spoiled golden retrievers.
