This southwest venue is located about 40 minutes from downtown Austin and about 10 minutes from Bee Cave. Very private location not visible from the road. Set in 5 acres of scenic old oak trees, this serene Venue offers you privacy in a central location. The Great Room consists of 4 large arched windows for taking in the view, 2 restrooms, an EnSite with its own bathroom and courtyard and a 2 VIP rooms. There is a built-in solid wood bar, a commercial kitchen, wooden farm tables and antiques throughout. A romantic Romeo & Juliette balcony sits at the top of the building, up a hand carved wooden staircase looks out over the large iron front doors and elegant circle drive. The elegant circular foyer to welcome your guests rounds out the interior of this amazing villa. The patio has covered seating area with plenty of tables and chairs, a pool with a solar sail and seating with water games. An outdoor casita with 2 restrooms and changing room is off the main courtyard lit up with festoon lighting and twinkle lights around our many trees. Talk about photo opportunities, this villa has them all! SO many truly great photo locations like a flower wall, chandelier tree, frame gallery, antique bench's and a 100 year old domed cupola for weddings. A 1974 remodeled Airstream lounge with bench seating and neon signs. Perfect for just relaxing or a eclectic room to just chill. We have free parking for up to 50 cars and ample space for production trucks, honey wagons etc. tents etc.
