Consisting of the Alysheba Room for corporate groups and events, the Club House is home to the 1,200-seat Silks Dining Terraces and Paddock Lounge. The Penthouse Suites features 48 luxurious suites that can accommodate groups from 20 to 50 people during live racing. The top floor of the grandstand features the VIP Lounge with spectacular views, not only of the racetrack but the surrounding area, and can accommodate 150-200 guests.
