Our family first moved to Texas in 1883, settling on a farm in the Blackland Prairie just outside of Taylor. Now five generations later, we're getting back to our Texas roots and building a brewery that uses local Texas ingredients whenever possible. While local ingredients cost more, we believe local, fresh beer tastes better. Locally sourced beer supports Texas farmers and puts money back into our local economy, so we invite you to enjoy a true Texas beer!
