Built in 1885, originally San Marcos largest Grocery/Dry Good store. Became a furniture store for many years, then was a live music venue. Was three stories, third floor burned in 1909, and was never rebuilt. Housed a live music venue in the 70's where Willie Nelson, Neville Brothers, The Police, and many others sang.
