The ranch is the venue for "Freezer Burn" (the regional Burn akin to "Burning Man"), the "Texas Viking Festival", and other large events. Home of Thorin's Viking Brands, Valkyrie Ranch houses the largest meadery in North America and has multiple buildings designed to look and function as ancient Norse / Viking structures including a round-house and long-house.
