The Grand Prairie Parks, Arts and Recreation Department opened the doors to The Summit, on May 24, 2010. The $23 million-dollar, 60,000 square foot facility located in Epic Central is designed specifically for active adults ages 50 and older.

The Summit is known for being a home away from home for our 50+ active adults. The Summit’s state-of-the art fitness areas, opportunities for involvement, and the smiling faces of the Summit Staff ensure that our members will find their niche here.
