Koselig Hus is a luxurious 1535 sf home in the Texas Hill Country living. Located close to the beating heart of this historic and vibrant Fredericksburg Main Street and Marketplatz. Freshly renovated, we have created relaxed spaces that are simultaneously luxurious and laid back. This cozy oasis has warm wood floors and soft wool rugs, and is flooded with natural light throughout. The stylish interiors are updated, comfortable and include a bath tub, Frame TV., dedicated work space, and washer/dryer. 3 bedroom/ 2 bath.

The kitchen has white cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless appliances and island with bar stools. A large assortment of small appliances, pots and pans, good knives, table linens, a full set of spices and even a chef’s apron are at your disposal. Koselig' is the Norwegian word for ‘hygge’ which means ‘cozy’ thus Koselig Hus.

The large, round dining table with eight chairs is by the folding glass wall that opens to extend the interior spaces to the covered porch out back where you will find two hanging chairs, fire pit and heated Cowboy Pool, plus an outdoor shower.

We’ve provided an EV charger on the left side of the house should any electric vehicles require charging. There is Wi-Fi and free street parking as well as a couple spots in the driveway. House is located on a corner so there is plenty of access to house from multiple sides.
