300+ acre longhorn cattle ranch in North Texas. Gentle rolling to flat acres. Dotted with oak trees. A few woodsy areas and several stock tanks. The ranch is drivable year-round. Mostly an outdoor site yet currently there is an abandoned brick house that may be used and a small studio apartment in the metal barn. This is working ranch and longhorn cattle will be present and so must be managed by the ranch manager (i.e. moved around depending on which pastures are used) while filming. The longhorns may also be available for inclusion in filming.
