Shirttail Creek Farm is a regenerative family run farm in the rolling hills of Washington County Texas just outside the town of Brenham. We produce grass-fed beef and pasture raised eggs, chicken, and pork. Our farm has an 1880 farmhouse (owners residence), a 1935 A frame bungalow (currently on Airbnb), several barns, outbuildings, a pond, and a creek running through it. We have both open prairie pastures and hillside wooded pastures with oaks, elms, pecans, black walnuts, and juniper trees.
