This home was designed by a photographer to be the dream shooting location for both film & photoshoots.
It boasts so many unique and picturesque pockets throughout the space, to give endless opportunities for creative inspiration.
The layout is very open, bright and the natural light is extraordinary. Great floor plan for movement shots.
One feature in this space that really stands out is the rustic limestone patina on many of the walls. Reminiscent of the beautiful walls throughout France and Italy, the soft matte patina provides an ideal backdrop and reflects very much like a soft box on skin tones.
The decor is a fusion of high end rustic antiques mixed with a nod to the modern minimalistic Mid-Century aesthetic.
I myself was an editorial and fashion photographer for 14 yrs and very much designed this space with the eye of wanting it to be the ideal set up for photoshoots.
The house looks very much like it’s staged for styled shoots and we welcome guests to enjoy being creative with the space.

Outside there is a half acre of yard. There is a nice covered patio with seating for 7 and a patio dining area for up to 12. Linen floor length curtains for the patio can be found in the chest. If you would like to use them you are welcome to put them up as well.
