The Sims Family Home is a 5000 square foot traditional modern home located in the heart of Dallas in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the country. The home has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a powder bath, an office, two living spaces, an eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room and a large (for the city) back yard with a comfortable back porch and kids fort. The downstairs underwent a custom renovation in 2022. It is decorated in a traditional style with pops of mid-century modern and lots of color.
