A beautiful 22 acre farm available for shoots. It is located at the end of a cul de sac, in a flat quiet neighborhood. No permits needed to film.
The farm includes the acreage, a shallow pond, sheds/stalls, a tack room, a feed room, a modern meeting room with a bathroom, and more. There is plenty of room for production crew/trucks.

There are 10-12 horses and 4 cows on the property. The horses are equine therapy horses.
The farm functions as an equine therapy charity. All payments can be in the form of a donation to HorseLink, a 501c3.

There is a house at the far end of the property. The exterior is available, but not the interior.
The horses and cows are welcome to be in the background of shots, but not used directly in the shoot without the owners approval and separate contract.
A site manager will be required.
