Rigby's Cigars and Lounge is a business in a fully renovated downtown Paris building constructed in 1917 following a fire that destroyed much of the city. The location was previously a cigar store, pharmacy, and bank. The original bank vault door remains inside the walk-in humidor. Many original doors and fixtures remain. The building's front features fold-up windows that open to a patio space with wainscoting made from bourbon barrel staves. The 1880 Brunsick-built mahogany bar was constructed for a location in Wisconsin. Original exposed brick walls surround lounge seating for customers. The upstairs area features a loft living space overlooking the historic Culbertson Fountain on the downtown Paris Plaza. An unfinished rooftop patio area is located at the back of the loft, with the Lamar County Courthouse visible in the background.
