This waterfront property consists of a boutique water park with four slides, a private beach, a courtesy boat dock, an activity pool plus a Pirate Ship splash pool for the younger ones. The property sits on over 5 acres on the shores of Lake Travis and is surrounded by the serene Texas Hill Country. We have a full service restaurant and 3 bars with indoor and outdoor covered dining options, a sand volleyball court, fire pits and a game lounge. We offer the only party barge on Lake Travis equipped with a sit up bar and on board TV. In addition to the beach/lake front property, we have 8 historic hillside cabins and a 4 bedroom lake house all dating back to the 1950s. These have been updated with today's modern touches and are available for summer vacation rentals as well as long term winter rentals or we can house your crew on site while filming.
