Founded in 2001 as the Trails Country Center for the Arts, in 2009 the Center was renamed Winnsboro Center for the Arts (WCA). Our mission is to addresses the region's need for accessible cultural arts of all forms and is a non-profit arts center. Our 100% volunteer organization is dedicated to offering affordable programs, classes and events that cater to a variety of interests.
