The Whispering Oaks Estate currently offers a stunning overnight stay for up to 25 guests in the Texas Hill Country as a short term rental. The Estate is nestled on over 50 acres of gorgeous ranch land with an abundance of Texas Oak trees and wildlife. This Modern Farmhouse Equestrian Home is comfortably furnished with elegant farmhouse finishes. The main house has two master bedrooms downstairs, along with 4 bedrooms upstairs connected by a bonus room and separate playroom that contains 3 beds. The custom chefs kitchen is light and bright, with quartz counter tops and an array of stainless steel appliances. In addition to the main house, there is a guest house with a covered front porch and views of the backyard, pool and cabana. The guest house has a sizable living room, two bedrooms, two baths and a full kitchen. Along with the main house and guest house, there is a newly remodeled climate controlled event space. The space includes a wall of glass doors that retract and provide seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining along with a built-in bar area. The large outdoor area includes the front 10 acres of the property, with a fenced in saltwater pool, hot tub and pool side cabana for year-round enjoyment.
