Description:
The Coffee Bar is a retro coffee shop located on the square in downtown San Marcos. Views of the historic courthouse from the front windows compliment the original stone walls, wood floors, and bead board ceilings inside. There are 3 bathrooms, a commercial kitchen, and access to the building from two entrances (one on LBJ and one on Hopkins). In addition to the public coffee shop space, there is a large storage area on the top level as well as office spaces downstairs near the entrance on Hopkins. There is a parking lot behind the bakery and street parking around the square. Space for crews, craft services, etc. is available in the parking lot and storage areas/office spaces.
