An abandoned movie house that's in good shape inside, and that a non-profit turned it into offices. The screen and audience area have been removed but we still have the chairs in storage. The building is owned by the city. It is next door to city hall and the city library. Wide street in front of building, with a city block field behind it. Great for putting production trailers, etc.
