Description:
This is an event space that is located in the historic downtown of Alvin, Texas. The building is at least 100 years old and use to be a hardware store until the early 90s. The hardware store closed and it was left vacate for years, until two business partners decided to turn it into a chic wedding venue. It has exposed wood ceilings, a large industrial looking chandelier, and painted concrete floors. It also has a bridal suite, bathrooms, as well as a prep kitchen. They have all their own decorations that can be used to fill the space. This venue can hold 100 people comfortably.
