North Trailhead: 100 Main Street; South Trailhead: 106 City Park Road The Cibolo Creek Trail extends approximately 1.75 miles from the Waterworks Terrace trailhead (behind Main Plaza) to City Park trailhead which is located at the entrance to the Municipal Pool. In 2018 an additional 1.4 miles was added to the south thru City Park and out along the Old Number 9 Trail right of way toward Herff Falls. The trail follows Boerne’s signature waterway, the Cibolo Creek, and at several points enables users to move in and out of the Boerne’s historic downtown and the famed Hill Country Mile. At the confluence of Cibolo and Currey Creeks, a 150-foot pedestrian bridge nestled amongst the trees, offers a birds-eye view of a refreshing waterfall and crystal clear flowing stream.
