Brewery Hills Villa is a modern-style villa found in the beautiful wooded hills of southern Austin, TX. The 2.5-acre property is wooded with cedars and oaks providing privacy and solitude from neighbors. The main building has an open-concept living room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings in the center of the home. This building has an impressive 82 windows, allowing for plenty of natural light.
