Description:
48.62 acres of beautiful East Texas that is partly pasture and partly wooded. Several trails that are kept primitive are located on the property. It is located about 4 miles outside of Marshall, Texas, 7 miles from Caddo Lake and 1 Mile from the famous Scottsville Cemetery and Scottsville Plantation. Views are unobstructed by power lines or any other modern construction. The house on the property is built to resemble a turn of the century (or older) farm house, inside and out. We are also working on a bunk house complete with an old tin roof and beautiful old domed weather vanes. There is a creek that runs through the back side of the property with many beautiful large trees that surround it. An old house is also on the property that is uninhabitable but makes for a great backdrop. Our chicken coup is even built out of old barn wood.
