Founded in 2006 by Kim and Chuck Spellman, this 100 acre ranch in Houston County as a weekend getaway. It quickly grew into the present 400 acre K-hil Ranch. Ther are 2 - 5 acre lakes on the property, as well as multiple ponds, and it is a full functioning beef cattle ranch operated by Chuck and Kim Spellman. The Spellman's run a head of approximately 100 - 300 at any given time of the year. Kim says it's the cleanest dirty work she has ever done! So gratifying!
