Just steps away from local restaurants, cafes, galleries, and shops—there’s always something to experience. Inspiration from within and around the space. Follow along @PUBLICSPACE1200 Nestled within PS1200's architectural landscape, this Stay is serene, experimental and innovative. With the inspired, calming lines of an arch—the walls become the roof, which become the walls again—and create a dialogue between space, light and landscape. Designed to prioritize creativity and connection, the space offers private moments within a vibrant public realm in the walkable Near Southside district of Fort Worth. The interior is a fusion of high-concept design and livability, where form is both expressive and functional—featuring the work of Detroit-based furniture designers, Black Helmut and Floyd Home. With soaring ceilings, a private patio, and sweeping park views, the space transforms daily rituals into something to be longed for, and inspired by. The project was designed by Marlon Blackwell (Architect) and Julie Bargmann (Landscape Architecture) and developed by Prince Concepts. All three parties have won multiple awards for this project and for others around the country.
