Located in Dallas near Love Field and Aloft Hotels, First Location Studio is a pre-lit 30' x 30' soundstage with a cyc wall for that perfect infinity white look. The sound proof studio is also acoustically treated with silent air conditioning to capture perfectly crisp dialog. Just because we're close to the airport doesn't mean you'll ever notice once you're inside. The studio and sound stage is ideal for films and video shoots including interviews, stand-ups, and commercials. We've also hosted our fair share of professional photoshoots. --------------------------------------------- The pre-lit studio rents for $75/hour with an 8-hour minimum. And has a maximum capacity of 35 guests. This booking includes: Dedicated Hair and Makeup Studio 10-person conference room Video Village with a hardwired feed directly from the studio For photography, feel free to use any part of the common space, including the outdoor courtyard to good use. Facilities also include internet with speed of 200/35 Hair, make-up, prep, load-in and load-out time is all part of your booked time. Early access is not available, and any overtime will be billed as extra.
