Located in the heart of Downtown San Marcos, this versatile production space has been a trusted creative hub for filmmakers and content creators for more than eight years. Our location has hosted a wide range of projects, including a featured film, multiple music videos, commercial shoots, and independent films. We’ve even welcomed international production including a team from the UK who filmed an episode of a true-crime series on-site. The total indoor footprint spans 3,200 sq ft, offering several private offices and conference rooms ranging from 400–1,000 sq ft, plus a flexible open-concept front room of approximately 1,800 sq ft—ideal for staging, set builds, interviews, or large-format scenes. We also provide a large private parking lot (2,000+ sq ft) accessible through the back alley, that has been used for various filming. While not filming the lot is great at making load-in/load-out seamless for production equipment, crew vehicles, or catering. The space includes desks, office chairs, couches, soft seating, tables, and various décor elements that can be used or rearranged to fit the visual needs of your shoot.
