Description:
This property is a 1940's renovated 900 sf cottage on about quarter acre property. The home was renovated in 2021, the result is a cottage with an exterior paying respect to the existing character of the neighborhood and a minimalist light-filled interior that exhibits the owner's collection of art, found objects, furniture, and Mexican artifacts. A large front porch was added to soften the house’s front facade and shade from the southern Texas sun. The backyard was cleared of invasive plantings and opened to allow for the crepe myrtles to flourish.
